Add another character counter for Twitter that is optimized for old-school RTs
Let show an other counter when setting tweets: this shows theremaining letters to 140 - length of ("RT @<account name>:")
If tweet fits in to this length, everyone can RT without shortening.

Yeah, am sorry for the misunderstanding.
So, if my account name is @crowdbooster, its 12 chars long + @ + space, which is 14. If somebody will RT my tweet, there will be an "RT <name> <original tweet>", which is 4 plus additional character (RT, space, another space after the name). So if I want to be retweeted my tweets without shortening, I have to write 122 characters long, not 140. (140-14-4, ofc)
I always forget this, and I write longer then this.
So, if there would be a counter next to the maximum of 140 character counter, it would be useful to me to keep my tweets in a "retweeted without shortening" format.
Hope it was much more clearer.

I don't really understand this item. Could you try to clarify?

contains the remaining characters till the maximum RT-ready character count, unless the remaining characters,
For example: crowdbooster will have a counter till 124 (the "RT @Crowdbooster" is 16 character long). -
