Sometimes Crowdbooster seems to underreport retweets - I can find additional retweets of my posts on Twitter or other reporting tools.

Retweet counts are broken

Is there a limitation w/ retweets? Anytime I get a tweet that gets retweeted a large amount of times, it never counts it on here.

I've noticed a lot of the RTs/Mentions I'm getting aren't showing up. I've had multiple accounts set up for sometime, and I'm consistently seeing the data in the dashboard not matching up with the data from my Twitter accounts. I regularly have double the amount or more RTs/Mentions than I see in Crowd Booster. You've come highly recommended online as well as by my agency, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Any insight you can provide will be greatly appreciated!

I started Crowdbooster for our Twitter and I'm trying to get an accurate count on mentions & RTs for the past 7 days, for client reporting. The left-hand side of my dashboard says I have 494 mentions (with a +3 next to it), and 305 RTs. But that seems like way more than what we'd get in one week...is that number cumulative? Is there a way to get an accurate per-week number? Thanks!

A lot of our tweets are missing from the graph from early November. I'm not sure why though. Also, retweet data doesn't correlate with Twitter or Topsy.

I track my @messages and RTs closely and Crowdbooster does not seem to be catching about 70% of them. I love this tool for a number of reasons, but I'm concerned that the reporting is not hitting accurately.
