Another interesting metric is the number of engaged fans. How many are actively engaged in your fan page? Liking, commenting and so on. For now you can only see your top fans.7 votes
We will display this information as we update the Facebook product to reflect the latest changes from Facebook Insights.
Localization is definitely planned in the future, and help from our community would be tremendous. Thanks for the offer!
It would be helpful to be able to hover over a term and see the definition for that. It's not always obvious to all what the definition is for, say Facebook Mentions.4 votes
Maybe you could explain how you calculate the impressions. It's not really clear.
See http://crowdbooster.com/faqs/#impressions/ for explanations for now. We will strive to make it more clear in the interface itself. Thank you.
In the "recommendations" there is always the same info... asking me to link my twitter and facebook accounts (which I already did twice but still recommends) and tells me to retweet my best recent tweets (but I already do this). The only recommendation that is helpful is the time to post. I cant turn off the other recommendations. They're annoying.1 vote
Hi DN, this is a bug on our side and we are planning to fix this. Thank you for submitting the feedback.
It is months since I deleted and removed my Twitter account, but Crowdbooster continue sending me bullshit data for a nonexisting account.1 vote
Really sorry about that. I’m following up with you separately to get this taken care of. If you deleted your Twitter account, you shouldn’t be receiving any more emails from us.
When we schedule posts on FB we can´t embedd the URL with the videos without leaving the directión on the post1 vote
We are working on fixing the problem with video embeds both in preview mode and when posted to Facebook.

I'd like a slightly more detailed key for the graph on Twitter. I understand what the size of the circles means, but not so much the colors.1 vote
Working on better explanations for the graph.
